Component Coating System

Earl's WIWA DuoMix system creates perfect coating results - even under demanding conditions. Our plural-component airless coating system sets the standard for processing high-viscosity, solvent-free two and three component coating materials. The high-pressure pump draws in the spray material and, under high hydraulic pressure feeds it through a high pressure hose to the spray gun. A fine airless atomization is achieved through the specially formed spray nozzle - ensuring perfect filling of pores on any base surface and coating recesses, corners and complex angles as evenly as smooth surfaces.
