Mr. Dove began his career in the new marine construction outfitting engineering with over 25 years of experience. He advanced to positions in Research and Development, Program Management and Vice President of Operations for a major US marine outfitter. Mr. Dove was involved in Navy construction programs for the Hospital Ships, T-AO Fleet Oilers, LPD-17 Class, T-AGS 60 Class and commercial construction programs for NYC Floating Detention Facility, The American Queen Riverboat and the Disney Cruise Ships. Mr. Dove joined Earl in 2005 as the Program Manager and team leader of Earl Manufacturing?s custom Containerization Business.
