Judah B. Chakoff
Submarine Program Manager

Mr. Chakoff holds a Bachelor of Arts (Physics and Mathematics) degree with distinction from the University of Virginia. Upon graduation and commissioning as an officer in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Chakoff attended Nuclear Power School and was certified as a Nuclear Power Plant Supervisor. He served for seven years on active duty as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. After leaving the service, Mr. Chakoff worked as a Radiological Controls Engineer at Northrop Grumman Newport News. In 2003, Mr. Chakoff joined Earl Industries in his present capacity of Submarine Program Manager overseeing all aspects of the companys submarine overhaul programs.
