Mr. Puckette joined the Earl Team in 2006 after 30 years experience in manufacturing.

Doug developed an early interest in mechanical components while studying at Christopher Newport University and the Virginia State Apprentice Program he pursued a career as a machinist and rapidly advanced into CNC machining and tool design. During a 15 year career at GFM Doug helped facilitate the training and development of personnel to successfully manufacture and build precision machine tools for the automotive and aerospace industries. Doug has extensive experience in project management and detailed process design having effectively built complex components and assemblies for the US Navy’s submarine program.
