Fred Pasquine
PE Senior Engineer

Mr. Pasquine is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) degree from Geneva College and an MBA (Management) from Miami University. Mr. Pasquine held positions as a certified vibration specialist in the steel industry where he conducted extensive vibration and thermal analysis on mechanical and electrical equipment. He also held positions with a large electrical distribution company as an application engineer, design engineer, prototype lab supervisor and engineering supervisor in new product development. Mr. Pasquine further expanded his career as a project manager and process improvement manager for continuous improvement, achieving Six Sigma Black Belt status. He joined Earl in 2007 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and is responsible for major program development and management.
