Mr. Thomas has vast experience in the valve maintenance repair industry and has held several managerial roles that span mechanical to quality assurance positions.  He joined Earl Industries, LLC in 1999 where his versatile work experience and management skills have been used throughout the organization. Mr. Thomas was promoted to General Foreman in 2001 and has been instrumental in the development and success of Earl?s aerospace parts preparation and machining business.
