Mr. Sheklin holds a Bachelor of Science (Marine Transportation) degree from State University of New York Maritime College and a Master of Science from City College of New York and a USCG License Master. Mr. Sheklin is responsible for the development of estimates and preparation of proposals on solicitations for repair availabilities on US Naval Vessels. Mr. Sheklin joined Earl Industries in 2002, where his expertise, knowledge of ship repair, and experience have given the company great success in the Mayport, Florida area.
