Mr. Sheider has over twenty-two years of experience in the ship repair industry. Trained from helper to Certified Welder Inspector, Mr. Sheider's talent and hard work has promoted him into the Supervisory position. Mr. Sheider joined Earl Industries in 1996 as a Project Manager, where he oversees many availabilities onboard U.S. Naval Vessels. Mr. Sheider's accomplishments have made a big impact on our company.
