Joseph J. O'Conor
Director, Florida Operations
Mr. O'Conor is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in General Engineering and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces at the National Defense University. Additionally, Mr. O'Conor holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from George Washington University. Mr. O'Conor is a retired U.S. Navy Captain having served in numerous ships throughout his career including Commanding Officer of USS O'Bannon (DD-987). He joined Earl Industries upon his retirement from the Navy in 2001 and has been instrumental in the growth and profitability of the company's Florida Division.
