MAZAK | Horizontal CNC Turning Center

Tool + Die (PT+D) utilizes a Mazak Quick Turn 15N CNC Horizontal Turning Center with a Mazatrol T-32B Controller to execute precision turning operations producing parts to .0003 inches tolerance. A twelve (12) position turret accommodates conducting multiple turning operations in a single set up. The Centers additional tailstock and chip conveyor enhance flexibility resulting in reduced cycle times.
