FADAL | CNC/ DNC Vertical Machining Centers

Three and Four Axis Fadal 4020 Vertical Machining Centers allow multiple milling, drilling, tapping, threading and contouring operations within the work envelop to be controlled directly from the engineers 3-D part model, through the Cam program to the CNC controller. Tools are selected from the 21 tool capacity integrated tool changer and tool paths for machining in the X, Y, Z and A Axis are CNC controlled to create precision parts to a tolerance of .0005 inches total volumetric accuracy. The machines can also operate unattended.
