Brian E. Holland
Director of Planning
Mr. Holland holds a Bachelor of Science (Aerospace Engineering) degree from VA Tech, a Master of Engineering Management degree from Old Dominion University, and an MBA from The College of William and Mary. Mr. Holland worked at Norfolk Naval Shipyard for eleven years where he served as a Nuclear Engineer and a Nuclear Project Engineer and Planning Manager. Mr. Holland joined Earl Industries in 2002 initially as the Logistics Manager responsible for all aspects of material procurement and logistics and later served as an integral member of the team responsible for the development and submission of the company?s proposals in response to the Navy?s multiple Multi-Ship/Multi-Option (MSMO) Solicitations. In 2005, Mr. Holland assumed the position of Director of Planning where he is responsible for all aspects of planning and scheduling in support of the company?s CVN and LSD/LPD MSMO contracts.
