Ms. Thomas holds an Associate in Science Degree in Business Administration and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management. As one of the original employees of Earl Industries, Ms. Thomas has contributed instrumentally to the growth and success of the company. She started with Earl Industries as a receptionist/secretary in 1986 and has risen through hard work and dedication to a senior corporate position. Ms. Thomas leads a headquarters management staff of other Human Resources professionals and provides leadership and guidance to her subordinates located strategically at the companys locations throughout the country.
