The Earl Industries’ coating division, Earl Advanced Preservation Solutions (United Coatings), facility is located on Chautauqua Avenue in Portsmouth, Virginia. The location consists of a new 32,000 square foot building of which 8,000 square feet are offices with the remaining 22,000 square feet being utilized for shop and warehouse space. The building is enclosed by five (5) acres of secure fenced lay down and storage area. This building includes an EPA approved paint booth and drying oven served by a conveyor system for efficient painting of fabricated parts. A state of the art automated powder coating line is also set up in this building and is capable of processing large items individually or automated to support cabinet and locker fabrication. The outside secure fenced lay down area is utilized for storage and servicing of vehicles and maintaining equipment.
Earl Industries’ facility on Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, Virginia is comprised of approximately three (3) acres of fenced secure outside lay down area and a modern high bay 33,000 square foot building equipped with a state-of-the-art Hoffman blast and paint booth. This state of the art environmentally compliant facility can accommodate components up to 20′ wide x 16′ high x 50′ long weighing up to 40,000 pounds.
