Since 2003, Earl Precision Tooling and Machining has provided private industry and government with Design Engineering, Machining, Fabrication, Machine Modernization, Prototyping and Repair Services.
In addition, we manufacture Precision Parts, Machine Tools and Manufacturing Equipment using Earl-initiated innovative concepts and designs facilitated with state-of-the-art 3-D CAD/CAM modeling technology or we can build to customer furnished drawings.
Our ability to document, review, issue and control work packages starts with ISO/AS 9100 Policies and Procedures as contained in our Quality Control Manual. This systematic procedure of detailed processes identifies Assemblies, Components, and Parts in standard formats via electronic and controlled drawings, utilizing the drawing vault to issue drawings at their current revision level. Engineering Change Requests (ECR’s) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN’s) enable Earl Precision Tooling and Machining to control all drawings and documents during and upon completion of all projects or jobs
Independent certification to ISO 9001:2008 and NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04/Quality Management System Requirements ensures the delivery of consistent high quality Parts, Machine Tools, Manufacturing Equipment and Services to our customers, large or small.
Earl Precision Tooling and Machining can, and has performed Research and Development (R&D) Projects, including Customer-Initiated Requests, Problem Identification, Conceptual Solutions, Prototype Engineering and Design, Prototype Manufacturing and Testing, Production, and/or Installation and Delivery. The Collapsible Forced Entry Tool (CFET) was constructed and machined from titanium and manufactured for the US Navy SEALs, US Army Rangers, US Marine Force Recon, the Israeli Defense Force, the British SAS and others.
The Precision Automated Trickle Impregnator was conceived, engineered and manufactured utilizing our latest integrated control systems for Hamilton Beach, Black and Decker and others.
Automated Human Tissue Processing Equipment was engineered and manufactured utilizing programmable logic control systems and OSHA Anti-Tie Down safe operation integration for LifeNet in the Medical Industry.
